From their free RK360 Mobile Apps, consumers can geolocate nearby providers in the RK360 Provider Directory, which lists all U.S. healthcare providers in the National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registry.
All providers in the Directory, by default, have a free Basic Listing [link to screen shot of Basic Listing], which appears at the bottom of consumer searches and includes a fax number (if one is in the NPI Registry), but no email address.
Preferred Providers, who commit to exchanging pre-visit and post-visit data with patients consistent with the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation of 2018 (GDPR) pay $25 a month for Banner Listings proclaiming "I Share Data with Patients," which appear at the top of consumer searches and include provider-designated email and fax addresses. Spotlighted Banner Listings include provider-designated encrypted email addresses. Preferred Providers get free technical support via an encrypted chat channel.
Consumers use their RK360 Mobile Apps to order Send-Request Transactions with located providers including transmissions of pre-visit files and follow-up requests for post-visit file upload.
Transmission of pre-visit files includes consumers' HIPAA Authorization for Disclosure, identification cards, insurance cards and Clinical Records, Care Plans and X-Rays (exactly as supplied to patients by past providers).
Transmission of follow-up requests include consumers' HIPAA Requests for PHI and time-sensitive URL links to secure web portals where providers can upload post-visit files (such as care plans and x-rays/radiographs) to holding queues in consumers' encrypted RK360 Cloud Records. Providers are notified about consumers' acceptance of uploaded files or their requests for upload of corrected files and receive documentation for their records of successful fulfillment of HIPAA Requests for PHI.
