Elaine A. Blechman, PhD is co-founder and CEO of Prosocial Applications, Inc. and Smart Health Records, Inc. of Boulder CO and Professor Emerita of Psychology, U. of Colorado. Dr. Blechman's behavioral medicine research on promotion of resilience among people facing life challenges was supported by the National Institute of Mental Health and the National Institute of Drug Abuse, resulting in seven books and over ninety peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters. Her curiosity about how health information technology might promote optimal health outcomes among complex patients contending with fragmented healthcare led to her design, patenting and operations leadership for the RedKangaroo Interoperability Platform and the RK360 Mobile App, Cloud Record and Provider Directory.

Joshua Friedman, BEE, DDS is co-founder and Board Chair of Prosocial Applications, Inc. and Smart Health Records, Inc. of Boulder CO and President and founder of AdDent, Inc, a 17-year old Danbury, CT company that manufactures his most recent innovations in dental products. Dr. Friedman is an acknowledged pioneer in light curing technology, with over 20 published and additional pending patents relating to dental instrumentation. In 1983, he founded Electro-Lite Corporation, which develops and manufactures high intensity ultra violet curing and NDT inspection equipment for a broad range of R&D and manufacturing applications in the medical, optical, automotive, and aerospace fields. In 1993, Dr. Friedman founded Demetron Research Corp., which he later sold to Sybron Dental, where he served as Sr. Vice President with responsible for acquisitions and R&D activities.

Barry S. Baer, BA, MBA, CPA, Colonel US Army (Retired) is Chief Financial Officer of Prosocial Applications, Inc. and Smart Health Records, Inc. of Boulder CO. Colonel Baer is a full time financial management operator and advisor with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of public, private and not-for-profit entities including Max Katz Bag Company (Indianapolis, IN),  Ecotality (Phoenix, AZ), Mind and Life Institute (Hadley, MA) and NeoMedia Technologies (Boulder, CO). He served in the US Army for over 26 years. After retiring from the military, he served as Director of Public Works for the City of Indianapolis. While living in Indianapolis prior to moving to Boulder, Colorado in 2003, he served as Treasurer and Chairman of the Community Centers of Indianapolis and as a member of the State of Indiana Unemployment Insurance Board of Directors. Colonel Baer is currently Treasurer of his water district in Boulder County, CO, Chairman of the Board of Veterans Expeditions and President of Congregation Har Hashem. Colonel Baer holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Colorado and is a CPA (inactive-Indiana).

Robert Tyler Green, DDS, is Chief Business Development Officer of Prosocial Applications, Inc. and Smart Health Records, Inc. of Boulder CO. For more than 25 years, Dr. Green has assisted innovative companies in bringing medical and dental products through development, launch, clinical studies, FDA regulatory submission and marketing phases. He has introduced leading-edge solutions for oral-cancer screening to the dental community as well as ergonomic surgical headlights and magnification solutions to the medical community.

Peter C. Raich, MD, FACP is Chief Medical Officer of Prosocial Applications, Inc. and Smart Health Records, Inc. of Boulder CO. Dr. Raich is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology and has over 40 years of experience in cancer patient care and clinical investigation. Dr. Raich previously served as Chief of the Division of Hematology-Oncology at Denver Health Medical Center. He is Emeritus Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Denver and Comprehensive Cancer Center and former Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the University of Colorado Denver and Colorado State University. His research activities include improving the informed consent process for cancer clinical trials, increasing minority participation to clinical trials, developing and testing decision support interventions for cancer patients, and evaluating patient navigation programs. With National Cancer Institute funding, he has implemented patient navigation and counseling programs for underserved patients with abnormal screening tests and with newly diagnosed breast, prostate and colorectal cancers, through the national Patient Navigation Research Program network; and served as co-principal investigator on a multi-site research consortium study of interactive multimedia patient information and decision support programs for breast and prostate cancer patients.
